MAIN PRODUCTS
It can stably adsorb and move on the surface of wall pipes to achieve path planning, automatic walking and automatic correction, ensuring accurate positioning, real-time visual display of detection results, and historical data traceability. It can be flexibly controlled through a 6-degree-of-freedom robotic arm to go deep inside the sootblower or burner to complete visual inspection, saving two weeks of inspection time compared to manual inspection.
The coke cleaning method can be switched according to different coking conditions, including high-pressure water cleaning, drum cleaning and other modules. The total cleaning width of the drum cleaning reaches 1.5 meters, and the cleaning efficiency: 8㎡/min. The high-pressure water cleaning module uses 35MPa water pressure to complete rapid flushing, which can flush hard-to-clean locations such as burners. The cleaning width: 3m, cleaning efficiency: 2㎡/min.
Designed for use in furnaces in confined spaces without GPS signals, it is equipped with a 4K high-definition pan-tilt camera. The fill-light module is integrated with the camera module to achieve clear shooting inside the furnace. It has an anti-collision module and can fly stably after a collision. It can complete efficient inspections of water-cooled wall tubes, burner areas, and burnout air areas, and can automatically mark locations and import them into the cloud system to form defect reports.
