IR2-06 wheeled humanoid robot is specially built for 7×24h industrial continuous operation. The whole machine has a 24DOF, single-arm load of 6kg, and is equipped with an omnidirectional mobile chassis to replace assembly, quality inspection, loading and unloading and other work stations. Built-in self-developed integrated intelligent control system, the big and small brains collaborate, and the movements are precise and coherent. Dual hot-swappable batteries have a battery life of 4 hours, support automatic/quick-swapping power replenishment, and the production line is constantly running. The maximum speed of the chassis is 1.5m/s, and the dual radar SLAM positioning is ±10mm. IP42 protection, built-in torque brake, optional six-dimensional force. Compatible with ROS2, supports OTA upgrade and secondary development, and the terminal can be customized.

IR2-06P fixed humanoid robot is specially designed for high-precision fixed station operations. The human-like arms (17DOF of the whole machine, single-arm load of 6/12/20kg optional) are combined with the rigid body, with repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, visual positioning of the head 3D industrial camera of ±0.1mm, and full joint force control to achieve compliant operation. IP54 dustproof and splashproof, uninterrupted wired power supply, the base supports shifting, and the EC bus is connected to PLC. Compatible with OTA upgrades and secondary development, optional options can be added, and it is suitable for precision inspection, assembly and other scenarios.
