Force control of humanoid arms
The Intelligent Power Robot Humanoid Arm is a high-performance seven-degree-of-freedom robotic arm designed for embodied intelligence and precision operations. It deeply integrates self-developed high-torque density joint modules and full-joint force sensing technology. It has excellent load-to-weight ratio, ±0.1mm repeatable positioning accuracy, and high-sensitivity force control capabilities. Supports impedance control and self-collision protection, force control error <2N, taking into account both accuracy and safety. Provides ROS SDK, Python and C++ API, which is highly open and easy to integrate quickly. Optional dexterous hands or grippers are suitable for precision assembly, flexible manufacturing, special operations, scientific research and education, etc.

Force control harmonic module
The intelligent power robot's force-controlled harmonic 17-joint module has a peak torque of 138Nm, an average load torque of 46Nm, and a maximum speed of 42rpm, taking into account both load and dynamic response. The repeatable positioning accuracy is <60 arc seconds, the transmission accuracy is <1 arc minute, the backlash is ≤20 arc seconds, and the average life is 20,000 hours. It supports optional dual encoders and torque sensors, adapts to medium-load joint scenarios such as humanoid robots, collaborative robots, and automation equipment, and provides an integrated drive and control solution with high power density.

Planetary joint module
The planetary 150Nm joint module has a peak torque of 150Nm, a rated value of 55Nm, and a maximum speed of 100rpm, taking into account both load capacity and dynamic response. Using planetary reducer, it has strong impact resistance, high reliability and an average lifespan of 20,000 hours. Supports EtherCAT communication and is suitable for medium-load joint scenarios such as humanoid robots, collaborative robots, and industrial automation. Compared with harmonic solutions, the cost is lower and maintenance is easier, providing a cost-effective joint solution for large-scale applications.
