MAIN PRODUCTS
Independently developed high-precision cycloidal reducers to position humanoid robots and high-end automation equipment; the repeatable positioning accuracy can reach 1 arc minute, the structure is compact, and the measured transmission efficiency is up to 90%; it can withstand instantaneous impact loads and supports rapid prototype customization. It has been supplied to domestic and overseas robot head companies in batches.
The high-precision planetary roller screw adopts a roller meshing structure, and its load-bearing capacity and radial rigidity are significantly higher than those of ball screws of the same size. It is impact-resistant and fatigue-resistant, and supports customized development of micro-leads. It is suitable for linear joints of humanoid robots and special automation equipment, and can quickly provide sample verification.
