DexHand021 five-finger dexterous hand
DexHand021 five-finger dexterous hand is an industrial-grade mass-produced five-finger three-joint dexterous hand with 19 degrees of freedom and 23 built-in sensors. It can use visual servoing and exoskeleton suits to achieve functions such as playing Rubik's Cube with one hand, grabbing multiple objects with one hand, and using common tools. It has the characteristics of reliability, high integration, strong compatibility, easy maintenance, low power consumption, and multi-modality. This product uses tendon elastic under-actuation technology, combined with multi-modal perception information processing, motion planning control and embodied intelligent algorithms, to achieve precise measurement and fine perception of the environment and operating objects by dexterous hands.

DexHand021 S is a thousand-yuan-level cost-effective three-finger dexterity hand that uses patented rigid-flexible coupling transmission technology. It has 8 degrees of freedom control and 22N grip force, covering 80% of universal hand functions, and supports stable grasping and tool operation. The lightweight design (0.6kg) has passed the industrial-grade life test, integrates visual/tactile multi-modal perception, and is suitable for service robots, industrial inspection, agricultural picking and other scenarios. The fully open source ecosystem significantly lowers the development threshold and supports rapid secondary development. DexHand021 Pro has a 22-degree-of-freedom bionic architecture, four core innovations: dual-rope drive system, wrist-hand cooperative control, and end-side computing power, which can achieve multi-scale continuous differentiable dynamic control and omnidirectional three-dimensional space operation. Coupled with the full-hand sensing system, it can accurately complete human-like finger-like high-speed and refined operations as well as explosive grabbing tasks. The unique wrist-hand collaborative control technology expands the operating space by 30% and can accurately reproduce the natural range of movement of the human wrist.

DexCap wearable remote control data collection system
The DexCap wearable teleoperation data collection system is the world's first industrial-grade whole-body data collection terminal specifically designed for humanoid robot training. The product integrates a 65-degree-of-freedom high-precision sensor and a lower-limb IMU. The operator can remotely control the robot by wearing an exoskeleton. The system can generate high-frequency, high-fidelity real machine data through remote operation, effectively alleviating the bottleneck of scarcity of high-quality operational data in the field of embodied intelligence and providing a solid data foundation for the training of embodied intelligence dexterous operation models.
