The company started theoretical research in 2003 and is one of the first domestic companies to realize independent research and development and industrialization of harmonic transmission technology, breaking the long-standing technical barriers of foreign companies in this field. Since its establishment in 2011, Green Harmonic has taken precision manufacturing technology as its core and established a full-process technology system covering design, processing, assembly, and testing. It focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and application of core robot components such as harmonic reducers, electromechanical integrated actuators, and electrostatic integrated actuators. The harmonic reducer is a high-precision transmission solution for advanced robotic applications. Green has a complete harmonic reducer production line with complete product specifications. It has the characteristics of zero backlash, high torque density and compact structure, which can achieve stable, reliable, precise and smooth motion control. It is suitable for humanoid robots, collaborative robots, industrial automation and precision equipment and other fields.
The KGU series joint module is a lightweight, highly integrated rotation execution unit developed for robot joint drive. This series integrates harmonic reducers, torque motors, drivers, dual encoders and brakes, and has built-in EtherCAT and CANopen bus drivers. It can realize multiple control modes such as position, speed, and torque. It is suitable for robot applications with high requirements on joint weight, space size, and control performance. It provides a plug-and-play joint drive solution for the robot body design.
Highly integrated electric linear drive unit developed for robots and high-end equipment. The product integrates planetary roller screws, torque motors, servo drives, sensors and structural components to provide highly responsive and high-precision linear drive capabilities for robot limbs, joints and actions such as clamping, lifting, pushing and pulling, and meets the needs of humanoid robots, quadruped robots, collaborative robots, industrial automation equipment and intelligent equipment for lightweight, high integration and high reliability.
For robot end-grabbing scenarios, we provide full-scenario clamping solutions covering light-load, medium-load and high-load applications. The product series includes AIX2-M (metal model), AIX2-P (plastic model) and other models, with a maximum adjustable stroke of 90 mm. The corresponding stroke, clamping force, gripper configuration and material can be flexibly customized according to different workpiece sizes, weights and grasping conditions. It can also be equipped with optional tactile force modules, IMU and optical camera modules to achieve visual positioning, force-controlled grasping, flexible operation and intelligent interaction in complex scenarios.
