The new internal wiring lifting column meets the needs of height adjustment, structural integration and application under complex working conditions. The product adopts a 150×150mm square aluminum profile integrated body design, and the motor has a built-in integrated structure to achieve high rigidity and compact design; the entire series comes standard with a 20×25mm special drag chain type The internal wiring cavity supports the integrated layout of power lines, network cables and control signal lines. It is equipped with an integrated drive and control servo motor and supports DC48V wide voltage power supply. The full-load lifting speed can reach up to 200mm/s and the cycle life exceeds 200,000 times, which can meet the needs of high-speed movement and long-term reliable operation of robots.

Frameless torque motor

Facing the development trend of lightweight joints and high dynamic response of humanoid robots, Jiechang Drive has launched a series of frameless torque motor products, covering multiple sizes from 25mm to 115mm, rated voltage 48V, rated power covering about 58W-733W, and peak torque up to 12.68N·m, meeting the power needs of different joint positions of the robot. The product adopts low inertia design and electromagnetic optimization technology, and has the characteristics of high torque density, low inertia, high response, low cogging torque, etc. The peak torque density can reach up to 15N·m/kg, which can improve the flexibility and control accuracy of robot joint movement.

The traveling motor, steering motor, precision reducer, absolute encoder, drive board, rubber-coated wheel, and structural parts are all in one, replacing the traditional complex discrete system, with small size, simple wiring, and fast installation. Dual motors are independently controlled, with zero turning radius, in-situ spin, 90° traverse, and arbitrary incline. Servo closed-loop control, steering accuracy ±0.2°, steady-state low speed up to 0.01m/s. The single wheel can carry 60kg, and the polyurethane high-elastic rubber-coated wheels are wear-resistant and impact-resistant, making it easy to climb hills and climb obstacles.
