MEMS force/torque sensor

Force sensor (tensile pressure or torque) is a device used to detect the force between the robot and the environment or object. It mainly measures the deformation of the elastic body through semiconductor strain gauges or MEMS to achieve multi-dimensional force/torque detection. According to the installation location, it can be divided into wrist force sensor, joint force sensor, grip force sensor and other types. Among them, the six-dimensional force sensor can measure the force in three orthogonal directions and the axis torque at the same time.
