KIT encoder
01

KIT encoder

POSITAL's 20mm KIT encoder is currently the smallest absolute value multi-turn encoder in the world. Based on Wiegand energy harvesting technology, the encoder can automatically generate pulse power every time it rotates to drive the internal multi-turn counting electronic module. Non-volatile multi-turn counting can be achieved without batteries or gear sets, truly achieving maintenance-free operation throughout the life cycle. Using the latest TMR (tunnel magnetoresistive) sensing technology, the single-turn resolution can reach up to 17 bits, and the multi-turn resolution can reach 16 bits, achieving precise interpolation and multi-turn data processing. The product advantages are significant.

UBIPULS Wiegand Sensor
02

UBIPULS Wiegand Sensor

UBIPULS is a self-supplied electromagnetic polarity sensor developed by UBITO based on Wiegand technology. The sensor uses special Wiegand material inside to produce a consistent pulse signal when the polarity of the external magnetic field is reversed. This pulse can be recognized by electronic systems as a counting signal, or it can provide "event-triggered" energy to low-power circuits. The sensor supports multiple motion triggering methods such as rotation, linear motion, and ferromagnetic proximity. The product has no mechanical contact parts, maintenance-free operation, and can generate millions of pulses without energy attenuation. UBIPULS is a core component for building battery-free multi-turn counting systems and self-powered sensing nodes.

UBICYCL Multiturn Counting ASIC
03

UBICYCL Multiturn Counting ASIC

UBICYCL is an energy self-sufficient multi-turn counting ASIC chip launched by UBITO, which works together with UBIPULS Wiegand sensor. The chip obtains operating energy from the pulses generated by the Wiegand sensor. It can achieve multi-turn counting without the need for batteries or gear sets. It uses the SPI interface for data communication. The ultra-low power consumption design enables it to complete counting updates and storage under a very limited energy budget. UBICYCL is an ideal core device for maintenance-free multi-turn measurement of rotary encoders, fluid flow meters and various rotating machinery.

UBIREV multi-turn counting module
04

UBIREV multi-turn counting module

UBIREV is a modular rotation counting module launched by UBITO. It is specially designed for equipment such as rotary encoders and fluid flow meters that need to monitor the number of shaft rotations. The product consists of UBIPULS Wiegand sensor, UBICYCL chip and annular multi-pole magnet. The UBICYCL chip is completely self-sufficient in energy and obtains working energy from the current pulses generated by the Wiegand sensor without any external power supply or backup battery. Every complete revolution is detected and recorded – counting is still reliable even when the system is powered off. Communication adopts standard SPI protocol to facilitate system integration.
