Native 3D robot tactile sensor module MLX90901
This is a highly integrated tactile sensing module specially designed for robot dexterous hands. The module integrates Tactaxis® technology, which has excellent resistance to stray magnetic fields and a high dynamic force range, and can accurately achieve 3D force vector measurement (normal force and shear force), contact detection, over-force protection and full-area force positioning without blind spots. The module weighs only 15 grams, adopts standard dimensions and modular design, is easy to install and supports unified management by multiple fingertips. With IP65/IP67 dustproof and waterproof performance and standard I²C communication interface, it can easily meet the needs of high-precision tactile sensing in complex environments.

Melexis' fully integrated coreless motor drive solution MLX81339+MLX90381 is a highly integrated drive solution specially designed for micro motors and is fully compatible with 12V/24V systems. Its core breakthrough lies in its extremely miniaturized design, which supports compressing the size of the driver board to an ultra-small round PCB with a diameter of ≤ 7mm, which is perfectly suitable for high-precision control scenarios with demanding space requirements. The solution takes into account high efficiency performance and high reliability, providing a more compact and powerful solution for micro motor applications.

Highly integrated, 48V wide voltage coreless motor drive solution MLX81346+MLX90381
Melexis' highly integrated high-power coreless motor drive solution (MLX81346 + MLX90381) is specially designed for medium and high-power micro motors. It focuses on high power density and full voltage adaptation. A single solution is perfectly compatible with 12V/24V/36V/48V systems. With the advantages of micro packaging and high integration, it supports the realization of compact PCB layout with a diameter of 10~12mm, releasing powerful performance in a very small space, and providing solid support for the miniaturization and high-precision upgrade of equipment in many industries.
The MLX90514/90520 is a dual-input inductive encoder for absolute rotation or linear motion sensing. The core design is to control an inductive sensor system consisting of a transmitting coil, one or two targets, and two sets of receiving coils (each set is carefully composed of three receiving coils). An on-chip LC oscillator works in coordination with the transmit coil to generate the electromagnetic field. This electromagnetic field induces an angle-dependent voltage signal in the receiving coil via the target. These signals are then captured and processed by the MLX90514/90520 internal DSP unit according to the preset configuration.

Triaxis® Pico-Resolver MLX90381 Ultra-small high-speed position sensor
MLX90381 is a highly integrated, ultra-high-speed 3D magnetic angle encoder chip. It adopts DFN-6 ultra-small package and can be directly integrated into micro coreless motors with diameters as low as 4mm. The chip has an extremely fast refresh rate of 2μs and a rotational speed measurement capability of up to 50,000 e-rpm. It supports a variety of flexible installation postures on-axis and off-axis, and operates in harsh environments from -40°C to 160°C. Combined with ISO 26262 ASIL-B functional safety certification, it provides a solution for micro motor control that combines extremely small size with extreme performance.

Robot joint high-precision cursor magnetic weaving MLX90384
MLX90384 is a high-precision magnetic angle encoder chip (in TSSOP-16 package) launched by Melexis based on ArcminAxis® innovative technology. The sensor embeds two position sensor chips, each integrating a Triaxis® Hall magnetic front end, an analog-to-digital converter, hardware designed for high-speed signal processing, and a 10MHz high-speed SPI interface. Both ICs are configured to sensitively detect two components of magnetic flux density: the first component is parallel to the chip plane, and the second component is perpendicular to the chip plane.
