Data collection terminal

The robot tactile data collection terminal is a set of wearable data collection equipment for embodied intelligence training. The product adopts a tactile solution that covers the fingertips and palms of the hand, adapts to ordinary hands, is not bound to a specific robot body, and can be deployed on a large scale across groups of people. The system collects high-density tactile data and can integrate IMU, visual recognition and motion capture information for scenarios such as grabbing, pressing, fine pinching and tool use, providing high-quality data support for robot imitation learning, dexterous operation and simulation-to-reality verification.

The FOS series robot intelligent tactile sensors use flexible piezoresistive arrays, covering flat, fully curved fingertips and palm electronic skin shapes, and can sense normal force, shear force and pressure distribution in real time. The product supports 100-300Hz sampling and 4-pin UART interface, suitable for dexterous hands and humanoid robots. Combined with uniform calibration, noise reduction and drift elimination, and real-time algorithms, it can output available information such as force value, contact surface, and slip trend, serving stable grasping, precise operation, tactile data collection, and closed-loop control.

Dexterous hand tactile solution

The dexterous hand full-hand haptic system consists of fingertip, side, tip and palm flexible sensing arrays, electronic hardware and real-time algorithms, and can be customized and integrated according to different dexterous hand forms. The system collects contact information such as pressure and shear force in real time, and supports 100-300Hz sampling and 4-pin UART interface. Combining uniform calibration, noise reduction and contact surface analysis, it can output force values, pressure distribution and slip trends, which can be used for stable grasping, fine assembly, soft or fragile object manipulation and embodied intelligence training.
