Hematech was established in 2013 as an IDM enterprise in the field of magnetic sensing, dedicated to the development and manufacture of magnetic sensor products with xMR core technology and mass production capabilities. There are sensor crystal circle design and manufacturing centres and encoder design and manufacturing centres in Germany. In addition to the establishment of the Centre for Research and Development of Sensor Crystal Circle Design in Portugal, Anhui Magnetic Technology Co. Ltd. has three main subsidiaries under the umbrella of Sylar Technology Ltd., Ningbosh Magnetic Electronics Ltd. and Sensitec GmbH. Germany. In 2023, the company also invested in the establishment of Syest Magnetic Technology Ltd., which specializes in the development of magnetic coders.
